Appointment-Only Policy

Jstarr Fabrication operates strictly by appointment only. Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance to discuss their projects, receive quotes, or drop off materials. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Refund Policy

• If a cancellation request is made within five (5) days of the initial payment being received, the Client will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the total payment made.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the five (5) day period.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments and projects must be canceled in writing.

• If a project is canceled within five (5) days of the initial payment, the refund policy outlined above will apply.

• For cancellations after five (5) days, no refunds will be issued, and payments will be retained by Jstarr Fabrication to cover costs incurred.

Payment Terms

• Payments are required as agreed upon in the Service Agreement before work begins.

• Projects will not start without the receipt of the agreed deposit or payment.

Custom Work Disclaimer

All projects at Jstarr Fabrication are custom and tailored to the Client's specifications. Once materials are ordered or work has begun, changes may result in additional charges.

Liability

Jstarr Fabrication is not responsible for the following:

• Structural failures, damages, or injuries due to misuse, overloading, improper installation, or modifications made after project delivery.

• Issues caused by environmental factors (e.g., weather, corrosion, natural disasters).

• Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete specifications provided by the Client.

Weight Rating Disclaimer

Projects are designed based on the Client’s specifications. Jstarr Fabrication does not guarantee weight capacity or load ratings unless explicitly tested and certified in writing.

Right to Market

Jstarr Fabrication reserves the right to photograph and market completed projects for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website content.

• The Client's personal details will be excluded from marketing materials.

• Clients may opt out of marketing uses by notifying Jstarr Fabrication in writing before project completion.

Confidentiality

All personal and project information provided by the Client will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution terms in the Service Agreement.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Jstarr Fabrication reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Clients as necessary.s on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
